Does The Zero Print come in other sizes?
Yes! The Zero Print standard size is 50 x 70 cm to allow for the scaled drawing of your babe to fit. We now also offer Petite Zeros in A2 size (42 x 59.4 cm). The Petite Zeros will fit a scaled drawing for babies born up to 57.5 cm.
If you would like a different size please email us to discuss. We are always happy to help but it may mean that your illustration won’t be at a 1:1 scale.
Do you sell the prints with frames?
To allow the freedom of individual style, we don’t sell our prints with frames. To give your print the love that it deserves we do suggest that you have your print framed by your local framer but you can also buy frames at stores such as Ikea, Freedom, Country Road etc. You just need to look for frames in your print size (50 x 70 cm, A2 or A3) and you’re good to go!
What are the different print sizes?
We offer the following print sizes:
Zero Prints: 50 x 70 cm
Petite Zeros: A2 = 42 x 59.4 cm
Limited Edition Prints: 50 x 70 cm, A2 = 42 x 59.4cm or A3 = 29.7 x 42 cm
Will the decals leave sticky marks on my walls?
Our decals use micro-suction technology, meaning there is no sticky residue left behind. You can use them on most smooth, flat surfaces – glass, metal, doors, most walls (depending on the paint used). If your walls are freshly painted, be sure to leave 3 weeks drying time before placing decals on the wall.
Whilst there will be no sticky residue left behind it’s important to be cautious (of the decal and the wall) when lifting the corners. Some painted walls may offer resistance if the painted surface is in decline.
If you are unsure if our decals will apply to your wall (due to roughness) please contact us to request a sample pack before you order.
Are the decals removable?
Yes, they absolutely are!!! Because there is no glue used, you can move them as much as you like! If the decal gets dirty and looses suction, simply rinse it clean in cool water & allow to dry fully before placing right back on the wall.
How long does it take to get my print / decals?
All of our artwork is made fresh every time you order, allowing us to give you a crisp and customised product!!
Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be brought to life and sent on its way. Once it has left us here in Brisbane the standard Australia Post times will apply.

Express post: Next business day delivery* within the Express Post delivery network and fastest possible delivery for other areas.
International post: We are now shipping to New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Hong Kong via Australia Post international tracked standard post service. For more information on delivery times please use the Australia Post delivery time calculator.
How much does it cost to post an order to me?
All Australian orders over $150 in value come with free standard postage.
All Australian orders under $150 in value are charged at a flat rate of $10 per order to cover postage and handling.
For Australian orders requiring a signature on delivery there is an additional $2.95 charge. All other orders will be delivered without a signature.
For International orders there is a flat rate of $20. Items are sent via Australia Post standard tracked service and are left without a signature. If you would like a sign on delivery service for your International order please contact us.

How do I know the cost in my currency?
All prices on our website are in Australian dollars. We recommend you contact your financial institution for current exchange rates and advice on any conversion fees before ordering.

Can I return my Zero Print / Wall Decals ?
As all Zero Print & Blond + Noir products are bespoke items, we don’t accept returns. If you have a concern with your order please contact us as soon as possible after you receive it.
If you are unsure if our wall decals will work in your space, please contact us to arrange a sample pack before ordering.
What forms of payment can I use?
We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We also offer Afterpay so you can pay for your purchase over four equal instalments, due every two weeks. Afterpay makes it simple to pay when it suits you best. Visit the Afterpay website for more information. You can choose any of these payment options during checkout.
Is my payment on your website secure?
Yes, all of our payments are processed securely using our Stripe payment gateway, Afterpay or PayPal.
What if there is an error on my print / decals?
At Blond + Noir we take the presentation of our product very seriously and that is why we will aim to get it right every time! On the off chance that there is an error please let us know straight away and if we’ve made a mistake we will get a corrected print to you ASAP.
Why is my background / decal colour different to the screen?
Not all screens are created equal! Please allow for slight variance in background colour to what may be displayed on some screens.
What’s this Blond + Noir / Zero Print business?
Blond + Noir is our design home! The Zero Print is the name of our birth prints and also what some people know us by! We are one in the same!!! All birth prints will come in Zero Print packaging while decals and prints come as Blond + Noir! Same, same!!
I have experienced a pregnancy loss can I still use The Zero Print?
